Compose an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Delete My Account“. In the body of the email, please include the following information:
- The email address you used when you created your account on TheLearningApps.com
- Your username
In the email, request that your account and all of your relevant data be deleted from our system.
Step 2: Wait for confirmation from our support team
Our support team will review your request and reach out to you within 48 hours to confirm that your account and all of your relevant data have been deleted. Once this confirmation has been received, your account will no longer be available.
Note:
Please note that once you send the email in Step 1, all of your data will be permanently removed from our system and cannot be restored.
